My Story
With four decades of leadership and operations experience, I’ve worked across diverse industries—from Starbucks and Subway to manufacturing and executive consulting—leading teams, opening markets, and driving continuous improvement and organizational change. I’ve built and led startups, been Director of Operations for an online learning company, served as Chief Strategy Officer, and learned leadership from the inside out by conducting global executive 360 leadership reviews. This broad experience shapes my approach to mindful leadership coaching.

I hold an MBA, Master’s in Leadership, Doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership, and certifications as a Master Meditation Instructor, Life Coach, and Mindful Leadership Trainer. These credentials, combined with years of executive leadership consulting experience, have deepened my understanding of how mindfulness drives performance, purpose, and transformation in leaders, teams, and organizations.

Beyond my professional life, I live the principles I teach and am an adventurer at heart, a digital nomad who finds balance between work and wonder — exploring the beaches, jungles, and mountain trails of Mexico, Central America, Colombia, and Peru. My days often include moments of meditation, the steady rhythm of Tai Chi, the calm of a good book, or the quiet awe of seeing the wonders of the sea while scuba diving beneath the waves.

Mindful leadership goes beyond the boardroom—it’s a way of being. It means finding stillness in life’s flow, clarity in complexity, and purpose in every interaction. I guide leaders holistically through mindful and meditative practices that develop authenticity, grounded awareness, emotional balance, impactful communication, and presence to elevate both performance and cultural well-being.
